Ledir Ñoriddim Amil (b. 484, d. 770), known in the common tongue as Ledir Judgedbuckle the Whirling, was a male goblin who ruled as the 13th Law-Giver of Quogubpesor between 507 and 770.
The names of his parents were lost to history. He had 13 children, of which 9 were remembered by history: Umcos Sinagulgud, Omud Larothushus, Uknol Guloomli, Oma Fangnests, Ecod Gebdumthuthu, Beru Zinperad, Senre Mountainheart, his heir Cilko Ofogagu and Therset Stoltadlurit.
He lived most of his life in Slaxuaksput, but in 700 he moved to Dothanest to rule his subjects.
Ledir inherited a peaceful land, but his reign has brought wars against major civilizations such as the dwarves of 
Adilatír in 700, the goblins of Nusmzolak and Stragdamsto, and the elves of 
Ribiromimi. There are serious concerns that he and his offspring may bring the human civilization to ruin.
He is responsible for taming for his civilization giant Peach-faced lovebirds, giant magpies, giant leopard geckos, one-humped camels, two-humped camels, bobcats and giant dingoes.
He was an exclusive worshiper of Mata Koseñor. He was a member of Mosparñilun, Kashithespde, Song Lusspu and Oñi Lenge.
On Malachite 22, 770 he was slayed by the goblin Sothro Abbatiquo with a copper carving knife in Dothanest for unknown reasons. Sothro would herself be slayed by AotM kobold ♂ Avo Abaena in 823.

His hair is extremely long. He has very low cheekbones, and he has a square chin. His broad ears are very flattened. His somewhat tall head is somewhat narrow. His eyelashes are short. His red eyes are slightly rounded. His hair is fuchsia. His skin is moss green. His nose is somewhat narrow.
He is indefatigable, but he is weak. He has a good feel for social relationships and good creativity, but he has little willpower.
Like others offended by pursuit of art as silly, views respect for fairness, lacks any and refrain from complaining, eloquence and artful speech merrymaking as an end, finds in his culture, he holds shrewd and crafty individuals in the lowest esteem, is leisure time and leisurely living, deeply respects skill at arms, sees the whole cooperation as a low ideal not worthy of any respect, has great respect for family, believes it is important to conceal emotions finds friendship burdensome, finds blind honesty foolish, finds off-putting, sees sacrifice as wasteful and foolish, sees a waste, sees competition as reasonably important, sees war as a useful means to the pursuit of knowledge to be a waste of effort, respects the law, respects commerce, values romance, views loyalty unfavorably, disregards tradition and finds nature somewhat disturbing. He personally sees introspection as important and sees perseverance in the face of adversity as hull-headed and foolish. He dreams of becoming a legendary warrior.
He is very quick to anger. He has great trouble mastering fear when confronted by danger. He is sometimes cruel. He would never pass up a chance for a good fistfight. He doesn't focus on material goods. He isn't particularly curious about the world. He is quite comfortable with others that have a different appearance or culture. He tends not to be swayed by emotional appeals. He occasionally overindulges. He can sometimes act without deliberation. He likes a little excitement now and then. He does not go out of his way to help others. He is rarely happy or enthusiastic. He is quick to form negative views about things. He tends to ask others for help with difficult decisions.
