Omon Obin

Omon Obin (The Realm of Silver) is a human civilization and as of 755, the most populous human civilization, the civilization containing the most humans and the second most populous civilization in Orid Xem.

It had two initial settlements: Thillecit, now a town independent of Omon Obin, and Señamatem, now a hamlet.

Its first Law-Giver was Zemel Gethdazsug as of the year 2, and the current one is the 20th Law-Giver, Fel Ezifaril.

Compared to the rest of the world, it is a relatively sheltered civilization, though its greatest perils came not from necromancers, undead, dragon, goblins or forgotten beasts, but by the beasts of the surface, such as rocs and internal strife that has sometimes erupted into small scale civil wars.

Conflicts

• Adicashro (184-381) against the human-centric criminal organization Zepboctequil, ending with the latter dissolving and its members being incorporated into another criminal organization, Dururam.
• The Incinerated Conflict (500-present) against Dururam.
• The War of Crucifixions (710-present) waged by Nusmzolak. This is the first known wide-scale conflict against the goblin civilization. While the conflict is currently smoldering, the tides do not look good for Omon Obin, which has lost 3 sites to the goblins. Though in battles the humans have won by a large numbers, in sites and territory the same cannot be said. It needs to remember that goblins both have numerical advantage and are naturally immortal unless killed. This promises to be one of the bloodiest conflict to Omon Obin in its relatively sheltered existence.
• Recently, there is a smoldering relation with Quogubpesor, where the two civilizations reclaim each other's formerly destroyed settlements. It is unknown how much this will last until one of those sites would be made the reason for war.
