Quogubpesor (The Creamy Confederations) is a human civilization in Orid Xem with the capital in Dothanest. It is notable for 3 things: taking the brunt of the necromantic incursions of Mishthemdeduk, being the place from which many Museum adventures originate and having a goblin Law-Giver since 507 (that is, for over 250 years or a third of the world's current history).
Time has not been kind to Quogubpesor and, barring reclaiming efforts past the year 700, it would have remained a rump state. It is however subjected to multiple decades-spanning wars also starting from the 700s, including against the resurgent dwarven civilization Adilatír and the only elven civilization Ribiromimi. Barring more necromantic or goblin aggression, it is the most threatened civilization bar the near-extinct Stalconpesor.
