Rifi Cèthuthacetha Iquila Írede, known in the common tongue as Rifi Minedguts the Umbra of Sullying (c. 199 ATBT) is a forgotten beast of Orid Xem associated with caverns and deformity.
It was first recorded then- Adilatír held Zaludas on Hematite 15, 210 slaying and devouring the great horned owl woman Mayor Cando Isacduwar. On Hematite 1, 491 it surfaced in Shadmalzuglar, slayed and devoured a troll.
However, its most baffling action was its surfacing in Cemoshtoral during Ospgukök where the Adilatíran defenders were all but destroyed. There, it slayed 6 trolls and changed the course of battle, allowing the defenders to regroup and remake their chain of command and dissuading Nusmzolak from further attacks.
Description from 922[]
It has a very calm demeanor. It does not trust others. It enjoys being in crowds. It is easily moved to mercy. It has a tendency to go it alone, without considering the advice of others. It finds helping others emotionally rewarding. It doesn't cling tightly to ideas and is open to changing its mind. It likes a little excitement now and then.
It is indefatigable, almost never sick and [it is] strong, but it is clumsy. It has a shortage of patience, meager creativity, poor focus, poor spatial senses and lousy intuition.
