Sutar "Taxedpuzzle" Lutonecar (b. 716[1], d. 802) was the 19th Law-Giver of Omon Obin (r. 779-802). She was also cursed by Raki Shedoshgabat with the werebitmammoth curse. Despite this, the two maintained a friendship.
On Malachite 25, 756 she became the Sacred Zeal of Thramkel, which prompted her to move to Atraolo.
On Moonstone 5, 779 she was chosen to become the Law-Giver of Omon Obin after Suque Icesdema's death from natural causes.
She was a known worshiper of Mukca. She was a member of Omon Obin, Thramkel and Sporroñilun.
On Opal 17, 802 she was slayed by the blighted thrall Erab Thorabuqui. Adventurer of the Museum Galka Linarad's involvement is known, admitted in his own writings.
