Tobul "Tomeschance" Melbiltenshed (b. Malachite 22, 676) was the third King of Nomal Alis (r. 766-844).
He was an exclusive worshiper of Kudust Oburedëm.
On Hematite 13, 844 he died of old age in the capital Kikrostzar.
