Urus Tacnuomsos

Urus Tacnuomsos Nornithros Agal, known in the common tongue as Urus Ghostumbral the Cold Abbey of Knowing (b. 721) is a ♂ human adventurer of the Museum turned necromancer and vampire both, as well as the leader of Urus' Three.

Urus claims to belong to an  Omon Obin settlement, originally a healer, until he caught the Silver Plague and was banished into Zepave Arido. He was found by Otodbesti and nursed back to health. However, in Hematite 754, fearing his symptoms were returning and unwilling to put his fellow outcasts in danger, he left the safety of Bujitzomuth, joined by his two companions in what would become known as Urus' Three, ♀ Ketas Camutetha and ♂ Abhaar Sinogolsin.

They passed through the Omon Obin capital Ulosothro on Hematite 10, though strangely Urus makes no mention of this in his journal. Two days later they arrived at the tower build by Aba Dapenkasp, Abpapabat where in the process of looting, Urus was given Common Sense Ruination written by the human necromancer ♀ Kimen Ecshailo. Urus claims in his journal that for this crime, Otu Sanaisha forsake the Three. On the same occasion, an entity of death which did not name itself, but which Urus later believed to have been Gopet Slismucákuth sent them on a task, which involved Urus accumulating necromantic knowledge from scrolls around the world. It also, likely in secret, gave Urus a necromantic name, The Fatal Righteousness.

Continuing their trek, they arrived 5 days later in the capital of  Adilatír, Ilrallenod where Urus' senses let him pick up a night creature posing as a trader, now-famous Asmel Avuzadas using the false name Snodub Bosatosno. Urus confronted the vampire, who almost got away if not for his companions' aid. He would later recount:

I ended up [chasing] the other guy around the trade depot, and he almost got away until Abhaar got his ankle and sent his foot across the trade depot. The ‘fight’ amounted to ‘I had my companions grapple him then scratch him till he died’, but that isn’t exactly much of a story.

However, in the commotion, Urus was infected with Asmel's blood, which he kept from his companions. In Ilrallenod, they traveled deep, finding corpses of the infighting between religious orders, as well as AotM, now Countess albatross woman Galka Pimur, who directed them to The Museum of Thoramunosh. Urus foolishly believed bringing the vampire's blood there would keep it safe as an exhibit, not knowing he would be responsible for unleashing the Second Plague of the Adventurers on Orid Xem. Urus and his companions viewed all the Museum had to display with curiosity and upon preparing to leave, met Metuganra Pewtha himself.

Urus continued his journey, forced to obey the death entity's orders. He moved to Mabkor, where he found the bodies of Bralbaard Nilthatlosh, Iden Nazushlikot and the demon Pis Ethbaoxut. Steeling himself and knowing himself capable of it, he raised the two adventurers to undeath. After this, they crossed Stukossazir to reach Zurzolak, where Abhaar found a steel shield. After, they arrived at Zuglarkalan and then unknowingly in Taksmongopex, where Gopet apparently ordered the resurrection of Raki Shedoshgabat, which Urus refused. On the Isle of Animals, Urus succumbed to his blood-thirst and ousted himself to his companions. However, he was surprised when they admitted they too had been turned in the fight against the vampire.

One untold but important part of Urus' journey was the slaying of the first roc Islas Thuthujeha in Stratabmot Sususosle on Malachite 21, but brought back as undead the same day. The roc continues to attack settlements after it had gone dormant at the end of the 7th century.

Their last adventure was the failed attempted culling of Stragdamsto. Finally, they arrived at the Museum and submitted Asmel's blood, as well as skulls of interesting creatures harvested during their travels.

On Galena 20, 754 he retired in his handcrafted Uzingipest Lomoth Thedle, but on Granite 12, 770 he moved to Jasro Rithod, along with Ketas and Abhaar. On Moonstone 19, 870 he was given the custody of the gremlin ♀ Mezspog Gostusebol. He is one of the few AotM of the 8th century to survive to see the 10th century, along with his two companions.
