Vacirayali (Glacialtempests) is the original capital of the only elven civilization in Orid Xem, Ribiromimi.
The forest retreat was founded in year 1 by Thanemotira in Tethaklesno. It is located on the extreme north-east part of the world, though there are more elven settlements further north.
It was a thriving capital until 330, when Mishthemdeduk succeeded in conquering it and leaving a token force. In 345 the elves took their capital back and instated Émaranine as the site government.
In 709 it was once again conquered by an outside force, this time by the goblins of Nusmzolak, but they left it to ruin. The leaders quickly returned to the capital, but it is no longer thriving and sparsely populated.
It contains one market, 4 Tavern & Inns, one temple, one catacomb and one tomb.
The capital contains several named (and likely ancient) trees.
