Vucar "Axesafety" Libashkast (b. 774) is the 5th and current Monarch styled as Queen of Nomal Alis.
She is first attested on Limestone 18, 836 arriving in Ikalmeng. On Granite 1 the next year she was elected as its Militia Commander. On Malachite 10, 842 she married Deduk Onolkizbiz, but they never had any children. On Felsite 19, 850 she became the expedition leader. On Sandstone 18, 864 she was called to the capital of Kikrostzar to become the Outpost Liaison and on Opal 23, 876 she ascended as Queen.
On Malachite 11, 880, AotM human necromancer ♂ Kothvir Osmanama gave her Maratabe Uquud Mup and Iroathis Ebdi Furi, as well as both the gift and the curse of eternal life in the form of the vampiric blood of Asmel Avuzadas. She has also met Avolition Moncadem.
She is an exclusive worshiper of Atír. She was a member of Nomal Alis, Nanirsodel and Imkethast.
